This Privacy Policy applies to KidLogic Loft and all of the apps we publish, including Happy Octo Puzzle. Our apps are designed for children aged 3–8, and protecting their privacy is at the heart of everything we make.

The short version

Our apps do not collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no tracking, and nothing about you or your child leaves the device.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal data from users. Our apps:

• do not require registration or sign-in;
• do not use analytics or tracking tools;
• do not include advertising;
• do not access contacts, location, camera, microphone or files;
• do not build advertising or behavioural profiles.

Children's privacy

Our apps are made for children and do not knowingly collect any personal information from users of any age. We comply with children's privacy standards and never gather data that could identify a child.

Works offline

Our apps work fully offline and do not require an internet connection to play. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no data being sent to us or to anyone else.

Third-party services

Our apps do not use any third-party services that collect user data. Apps distributed through Google Play are subject to Google Play's own policies, which you can review on their website.

Security

Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no risk of your data being lost, misused, or exposed through our apps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
